Job Description:

We are in search of an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic startup, Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. As the ICT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and coordinating quality-accredited ICT projects. You will be accountable for the day-to-day operations of resourcing, scheduling, prioritization, and task coordination, ensuring the meeting of project milestones, objectives, and deliverables within agreed timeframes and budgets.

 Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end ICT projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget.

·       Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.

·       Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

·       Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.

·       Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

·       Track project progress, report on key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

·       Ensure projects adhere to best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

·       Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks aligned with organizational goals.

·       Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.

·       Serve as a point of contact between clients and the internal team, addressing queries and concerns.

·       Examining requirements for information and proposing technological solutions to fulfill those needs.

·       Creating and guiding strategies, policies, and plans for information and communication technology (ICT).

·       Supervising the selection and implementation of ICT resources, ensuring they align with project requirements. Offering user training for efficient system utilization.

·       Managing ICT operations and prioritizing tasks among system developments, maintenance, and daily operations.

·       Ensuring the security of ICT systems. 

Requirements: 

·       Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically in a startup or MSP setting.

·       Relevant academic qualifications in project management or a related field.

·       In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

·       Strong leadership and communication skills.

·       Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

·       Experience working with Managed Service Providers and understanding their unique challenges.

·       Must possess the ability to manage travel within the city of Perth, either by car or public transport.
